PRIVACY POLICY
A – Collection of Personal Data
We are pleased that you are visiting our website and thank you for your interest. Below, we inform you about how we handle your personal data when you use our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (such as orders or inquiries sent to the data controller), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.
B – Data Collection When Visiting Our Website
When you use our website purely for informational purposes, that is, if you do not otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the data your browser sends to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:
– The website visited
– Date and time of access
– Amount of data transmitted, in bytes
– Referring source/link that brought you to the page
– Browser used
– Operating system used
– IP address used (if applicable, in anonymized form)
This data is not passed on or otherwise used. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the server log files should there be concrete indications of unlawful use.
C – Cookies
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of your browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us, or our partner companies (third-party cookies), to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). When cookies are set, they collect and process, to varying degrees, certain user information such as browser and location data as well as IP address values. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a set period, which can vary depending on the cookie.
Some cookies serve to simplify the ordering process by storing settings (e.g. remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a later visit to the website).
We may work with advertising partners who help us make our online offering more interesting for you. For this purpose, cookies from partner companies (third-party cookies) may also be stored on your hard drive when you visit our website. If we work with such advertising partners, you will be informed individually and separately about the use of such cookies and the scope of the information collected in each case in the paragraphs below.
Please note that you can set your browser to notify you when cookies are set and decide individually whether to accept them, or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. Each browser manages cookie settings differently. This is described in each browser’s help menu, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browsers at the following links:

D – Contacting Us
Personal data is collected when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or email). Which data is collected in the case of a contact form is evident from the relevant form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, or for the contact itself and the related technical administration. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has been conclusively resolved, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
E – Data Processing for Contract Execution
Personal data is collected and processed when you provide it to us for the execution of a contract. Which data is collected is evident from the respective input forms. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully executed, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods expire, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved a legally permitted further use of the data, about which we inform you accordingly below.
F – Data Processing for Order Fulfillment
The personal data we collect is, as part of contract execution, passed on to the employee or transport company entrusted with delivery, insofar as this is necessary for delivery of the goods.
G – Rights of the Data Subject
The Swiss Data Protection Act grants you the right to find out, free of charge, whether and which personal data we store about you. You also have the right to have incorrect information corrected and deleted. Statutory retention obligations remain reserved (see in particular Art. 957 and 962 of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
Requests for information must be addressed to us in writing. In connection with requests for information or deletion, we reserve the right to request appropriate proof of identity.
