• HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
  Payment is required by bank transfer prior to production. Our bank details will be provided in a separate email confirming your order.
• WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
  For now, we only accept payment in advance by bank transfer.
• WHEN DOES PRODUCTION BEGIN FOR MADE-TO-ORDER FURNITURE?
  Your furniture will be crafted once payment has been received.
• WHAT DOES DELIVERY COST?
  Delivery including assembly within Switzerland is charged at CHF 200.–. International delivery can be arranged upon request, shipping costs vary by destination.
• HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
  Made to order and available for collection from our local cabinetmaker within 6–8 weeks of payment.
• DOES LES BOIS DELIVER OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND?
  On request only, as shipping costs vary by destination. Before ordering, please get in touch with us.
• IS SELF-PICKUP POSSIBLE?
  Yes, by appointment. Please get in touch with us.
• DOES THE FURNITURE NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED?
  Each LES BOIS furniture piece arrives fully assembled and ready to bring its timeless character to your home.

Branches, natural growth patterns, and subtle variations in colour create beautiful, one-of-a-kind details.These natural characteristics are part of what makes every LES BOIS furniture piece unique. As such, we kindly ask for your understanding that our custom-made furniture cannot be returned or refused due to these natural variations.
